Join our local residential and commercial property management team in Easthampton, MA. Assist the Property Manager in fiscal planning, book keeping, resident relations, security deposit account management, and rent collection.
Support a positive and collaborative relationship with residents, the community, staff, and vendors.
Assist in supervising maintenance, apartment turn overs, and scheduling.
Respond to emails and telephone inquiries.
Assist in residential outreach including notices, and scheduling inspections.
Assist in processing online and mailed invoices.
Assist in Property budgets, preparation, and financial management.
Assist in paper and digital filing.
Education: High School Diploma Required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: One year of Property Management experience preferred.
Qualifications: Must possess strong customer service skills with ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and empathetically through email, and phone. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi Property Management Systems. Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized. Ability to be an active and postitive team member. Preserve and respect all residents and applicants confidentiality.
