Description:

Home & Community Connections, a division of Western Mass Training Consortium, is seeking Program Supervisors to join our team in supporting people who are in our 24-Hour homes in the Belchertown, South Hadley, and Holyoke, MA areas. This position involves a combination of supervision, administrative, direct support, and on-call responsibilities, along with being responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the residential program. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, teaching/instructional ability, good communication skills, patience, and ability to effectively prioritize and manage time. There are on-call weekends approximately every 3 weekends.

HOURS: Full-time, hourly position including on-call, evening, and direct care responsibilities.

PAY: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

Requirements:

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: PROGRAM SUPERVISORS ARE DESIRED TO BE MAP, CPR, AND FIRST AID CERTIFIED

LIFTING REQUIREMENTS: Ability to safely lift 25 pounds is required.
