Outdoor Laborer- Greenfield, MA

A local Recycling Plant in Greenfield, MA is looking for a Shredder Operator to join their growing team! Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply however, previous experience is always a plus. If you enjoy working outsideand partaking in labor based work this might be the job for you!

Shift: 7am-5pm or 9am-7pm (Mon-Fri)

Pay Rate: $17/hr to start, $17.50 if hired on.

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 401(k) match, 10 paid holidays, 5 paid sick days, Health & Dental insurance.

Duties

• Metal sorting at pick belt.
• Ground clean up/shoveling.
• Operate skid steer.
• Operate shredder from control room.
• Trouble shoot for jams/issues.
• Drive truck (License not needed)
• Provide yard inspection coverage.
