About the Position: Position: Clubhouse Support Professional 1/ Van Driver – Full Time Location: Holyoke, MA Rate of Pay: $15.00 Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm; Occasional Saturday’s & Holidays Summary: Work side-by-side with members with mental illness in accomplishing work of the unit, assisting members in building their skills, including vocational and social, while assuming responsibility for completion of documentation according to agency policy, procedures, and standards. Manage and co-manage transitional employment sites, learning the job, providing absence coverage, advertising, and choosing members for openings. Qualifications: • High School/GED plus 1-year human service experience preferred • Must be 21 yrs or older, have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, good driving record and a reliable vehicle • Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices, and community organizations • Pre-employment DOT Physical, drug screening, criminal background and driver history record required Benefits: Viability offers an excellent benefits package including competitive pay, excellent insurance, employer matching retirement and a strong focus on work/life balance.
