| Our client in the Turners Falls, MA area is looking for a Receiving Assistant on 1st shift. This temp to hire position will have you working Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm and offers $12.75/hr. All employees hired on after the temporary period will become eligible for health and dental insurance, paid time off, 401k, profitability bonuses, discounted company merchandise, and safety shoe reimbursement. Your Duties/Responsibilities for the Receiving Assistant include, but are not limited to: Receive/unload deliveries Sort materials to proper location Cycle counting Material handling Inspection of deliveries using calipers, scales, barcode readers, etc. Complete daily tasks Schedule deliveries with strict deadlines Your Skills/Requirements for the Receiving Assistant position: High School Diploma or GED Self-motivated Excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Written and verbal communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines and maintain clean work environment Excellent attendance Forklift experience/certification a plus Must be able to be on your feet throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently throughout the shift If you are dependable with a great work history and the experience to do the job, apply today!
