The Direct Care Staff's primarily responsibilities include:
*Provides various supports to individuals under DDS, and ABI or MFP waiver programs in a group home setting
*Assists individuals in all areas of daily living including personal care, housekeeping, cooking, and recreational activities
*Works closely with individuals to help them to become as independent as possible and to meet their own personal goals
*Assists individuals to find and participate in community activities they enjoy while encouraging community membership as well as pursuing individual interest.
Hiring Bonus: All Relief staff hired would be eligible for a $500 hiring bonus
Method of Distribution**: (to be paid the subsequent payroll of the defined measurement periods)
• $100 upon successful 120 hours worked within first 90 days from date of hire
• $400 upon successful 520 hours worked within 1 year from date of hire
** Staff must be in good standing to receive bonus distribution and actively working.
Must be hired by 10/31/2021 to be eligible. Management reserves the right to end or extend program based on funding and needs of the program(s) at any time.
