Valley Community Development Corporation

Valley Community Development (Valley) is a community-based nonprofit formed in 1988 and serves Hampshire and Franklin counties in Western Massachusetts. We empower underserved low- and moderate-income people and improve the quality of their lives and accomplish this by developing affordable housing, providing small business economic opportunities, and first-time homeownership support and financial literacy counseling.
