Zephyr is a play-based, preschool-alternative program for young children with autism. We practice ABA in a child-led, naturalistic way, turning everyday moments into meaningful learning and real connection.
This is hands-on, active, feel-good work in a supportive environment where people truly have your back.
What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with children with autism, ages 2–6 in a center-based setting
- Teach communication, social/emotional, and life skills through play
- Be active, engaged, and present throughout the day
- Collect session data and write clear, objective notes
- Communicate daily with families and teammates
- Help keep the center safe, clean, and welcoming
A Day at Zephyr Might Include…

- Supporting a child as they find new ways to express themselves

What’s ABA?
Great question! ABA is a proven approach that helps children with autism develop essential life skills like communicating, making friends, and exploring their world. Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with it yet—we’ll train you and support you every step of the way. The most important thing is that you come ready to learn, play, and be a part of something truly special!
