Qualifications:
- Licensure in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, Psychologist, BCBA/LABA, Speech Pathologist, or Special Education Teacher. If you are in the process of obtaining your Massachusetts license within the next 6 months and meet the experiential requirements, you are encouraged to apply.
And
- Minimum of 3 years of experience and training in functional behavioral assessment and treatment for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Individuals with experiential requirements and eligible to apply for Massachusetts license within 6 months of date of hire are also encouraged to apply
- Experience implementing Positive Behavioral Supports and behavior support plans.
- Ability to provide training, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain professional documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the service area.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy and show cultural competence.
- Ability to work in-person at least 60% of the time to complete direct service hours, training, direct observations, etc. The remaining time required for paperwork (treatment plans, data compilation, file review, etc.). may be performed remotely or in-office based on employee preference after the completion of required training.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize work and meet deadlines with minimal direction.
- Willingness to adjust schedule on a weekly basis based on the current clinical needs
- Experience with electronic documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Office 365-word processing, email and database skills and remote applications such as Zoom.
- Ability to satisfactorily complete all initial and ongoing background checks including CORI, SORI, DPPC, OIG, driving record and National Fingerprint Background Check
