The In Home Therapy (IHT) and Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) Clinical Supervisor for Greenfield provides supervision and training for IHT Clinicians, Therapeutic Training & Support Staff, and Therapeutic Mentors serving children and their families throughout Franklin County and the North Quabbin region. Responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of 10 MA and BA staff and direct provision of In Home Therapy with 6 families. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for case assignment, productivity monitoring, and tracking of insurance authorizations.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required. Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) and experience working with children and families required, as is a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. The optimal candidate will be a highly organized child and family clinician committed to the mission of CBHI to integrate services into a comprehensive system of care for children and their families.
