Basketball Referee
Implements Youth Basketball program for grades K-12. Referees basketball games for youth. Maintains clean and safe environment. Maintains courts and equipment. Manages participant and spectator safety. Ensures teams are treated fairly and equally in accordance with AYBL and Basketball sport rules. Conducts CPR and First Aid. Supervises activities at site(s) and surrounding areas to ensure safety and welfare of players, the general public, and attendees. Travels to various sites for games and events. Performs related work as required.

This position is required to stand or walk, run, stoop, bend, crouch, twist, turn, talk and hear for extended periods; uses hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reaches with hands and arms; specific vision abilities required include close and medium distance vision, peripheral and color vision and depth perception and the ability to adjust focus; ability to operate a keyboard; frequently lifts up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform physical conditioning to referee games.
