Senior program Assistant Full time -Hybrid work model An opportunity to join a wonderful team. The Senior Program Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and customer service for a busy organization that provides services to older adults and people with disabilities. Experience working in a busy technology-driven office setting with multiple departments. Experience with nonprofit human services program work a plus. Strong organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to function with minimal supervision; ability to perform a multitude of clerical skills as assigned; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; and strong technology skills including proficiency with reports and statistics, Office and Google Suite, and presentation software or equipment such as Zoom/Google Meet and basic A/V equipment such as projectors and PA systems. This is a M-F 35 hour work week position paying $19 per hr.. Compassionate, inclusive company culture and excellent work environment.
