Berkshire County Arc is a non-profit, tax exempt, human services organization which offers a broad range of community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and autism. Berkshire County Arc’s programs are located throughout Berkshire and Hampden Counties in Massachusetts.

Positions available in our Brain Injury programs throughout Hampden County. We believe that the individuals we serve have the basic right to full community membership and the exercise of personal choice and control over their own lives to the maximum extent possible. Responsibilities: 1. Perform direct care and training as defined by individual needs. 2. Assist in the implementation of behavior intervention plans as specified in the Individual Support Plans. 3. Ensure that all programming will conform to the goals and objectives outlined in the individual’s Individual Support Plans. 4. Support and encourage individuals in meeting their rehabilitation goals. 5. Support and encourage individuals to be as independent as possible.
