Become a part of our team of IT professionals as an Integration Support Specialist in the IT/IS Department at Behavioral Health Network! The Integration Support Specialist supports the integration of information systems at Behavioral Health Network and with our community partners. Responsibilities include the design, testing, customization and implementation of integration within the IS division. The incumbent will support large, complex projects; assist in the development of detailed technical specifications, testing plans, and cut-over plan. The development and on-going maintenance of support documentation is required. They will work closely with the Integration Engineer and application teams to collaborate on integration design. These activities require skills in integration design and configuration, problem solving, analysis, customer service, teamwork, organization and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

|Integration Support Specialist at Behavioral Health Network have the additional qualities:|
Configure and builds systems per technical and functional specifications
Writes functional and technical specifications for integration modifications and enhancements to meet business requirements
Meets with IS teams regularly to understand their operations and integration needs
Participates in the development of supporting documentation
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Solid understanding for software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Able to work with a level of ambiguity
2+ years of experience configuring applications
