Coordinated Entry (CE) Coordinator (Greenfield) The Coordinated Entry (CE) Coordinator provides leadership and coordination for the Three County CoC’s person-centered, trauma-informed, and equity-focused Coordinated Entry System across Berkshire, Franklin, and Hampshire Counties and the North Quabbin region. The coordinator oversees day-to-day operations, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Coordinated Entry; supports effective and equitable access to housing resources; facilitates case conferencing; provides training and technical assistance; and works closely with providers, housing partners, people with lived experience, government agencies, and community stakeholders to identify and address system barriers. The position uses data, stakeholder feedback, HMIS, and best practices to strengthen system performance and housing outcomes while ensuring compliance with HUD and CoC requirements. The CE Coordinator reports directly to the Program Director and works collaboratively with the Compliance Manager and other CoC staff, exercising independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills to support an effective, equitable, and responsive Coordinated Entry System. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in human services working with low-income individuals or families and vulnerable populations; experience in an office setting including data entry. This is a 37.5 hour a week position. Pay range $23.75 to $25.21/hr.
