Description:

Springfield, MA metal finishing company has a full time, first shift position available for a Experienced Anodize Production Manager. 

Candidate must be able to pass FAA pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests, which include marijuana.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supervision of department
  • Completion of daily checklist
  • Assist employees in adhering to set work procedures.
  • Performance review of employees
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Perform all tasks in a manner consistent with company regulations
  • Perform all other duties and functions as assigned.
