Zephyr is a play-based, preschool-alternative program for young children with autism. We practice ABA in a child-led, naturalistic way, turning everyday moments into meaningful learning and real connection. This is hands-on, active, feel-good work in a supportive environment where people truly have your back. Requirements:
Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred) Experience working with children (toddlers or children with disabilities a plus) Willing to earn your RBT certification (we'll support you!) Able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs and stay active throughout the day including running, jumping, sitting/kneeling on floor, and standing quickly Comfortable playing outside in different weather
