Agawam aerospace company currently seeking an Administrative Assistant! Looking for a candidate that is looking for growth potential for this full-time, temp-hire opportunity! Candidate with previous experience in the aerospace industry is a plus!
Duties include: -Data entry, experience with Word & Excel is preferred -Email correspondences and answer phones -Handling paperwork/documents, typing job orders, certifications and completed job orders. -Prepare and scan weekly invoices and certifications
Hours to start: 8:30am-2:30pm for training, must be flexible to stay later during busy season.
