Agawam supply distributor currently seeking a Project Coordinator to add to their team! Full time, on site, temp-hire opportunity for 1st shift hours of 7:30am-5pm.
Duties include: -Support of project activities and maintain and update prevailing wage rates -Handling and reviewing contracts to make sure proper approvals are obtained -Tracking spreadsheets and ensuring weekly payroll is completed and sent to contractors/owners. -Tracking monthly billing & create billing in ERP system to ensure pay applications are submitted -Request insurance certificates and payment & performance bonds -Set up customer accounts in ERP system -Complete additional paperwork as required including but not limited to supplier lists, W-9, company contact listing, supplier waivers, and waivers for payment
Candidate must have prior experience and have excellent communication skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
