Housing Program Director- Full time Greenfield, MA

An exciting opportunity to join LifePath’s leadership team as the Housing Program Director.   The Housing  Program Director is responsible for overall management of existing programs including supervision of staff, policy and procedures, community networking, and outreach as well the development of new housing programs to assist older adults and people with disabilities to age in community. This position also includes providing direct service to Home Sharing participants.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Transferable experience in program development, program management  considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree. Experience in relevant fields and previous supervisory experience required. Position requires: Driver’s license and reliable transportation or ability to reliably commute,use of personal cell phone & data, downloading of company provided applications. 

This is a salaried full time position. M-F  work week with a requirement to be available to work off hours in emergencies and to attend training.
