Administrative Assistant Duties: Answering phones Forwarding Calls/Taking messages Email correspondence Filing (physically-not electronically), faxing, scanning Customer Service/customer support Order Entry Navigating through company database Must be able to multitask and pay attention to detail Must be motivated and able to work independently Basic computer and office skills are a must Other duties as needed
Administrative Assistant Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM for training Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
