Description:
Home and Community Connections is seeking a Floating Program Managers to join our team for our Home & Community Connections Division - supporting people who are in our 24-Hour homes in South Hadley, Holyoke, Belchertown, & Chicopee, Ma area. This position involves a combination of supervision, administrative, direct support and on-call responsibilities, along with being responsible for managing the day to day operations of the residential program they are currently overseeing. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, teaching/instructional ability, good communication skills, patience, ability to effectively prioritize and manage time. There are on call weekends approximately every 3 weekends. The ability to be flexible in learning new programs and how to best support the individuals is priority.
Requirements:
HOURS: Full time, salaried (exempt) position starting at $23.00/hr, including on-call, evening, and direct care responsibilities.

LIFTING REQUIREMENTS: Ability to safely lift 25 pounds is required.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMNTS: PROGRAM MANAGERS ARE REQUIERED TO BE MAP, CPR, AND FIRST AID CERTIFIED
