Working with youth in the Say Something Youth Initiative, ShoutOut! and Youth Council programs, the specialist is a member of our Leadership Programs working with a dynamic and collaborative team focused on Positive Youth Development through a Trauma Informed lens with a focus on youth of color, LGBTQIA+ youth and others who have experienced oppression and harm. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and 3 years direct service experience with adolescents, including school or community-based settings. Experience working specifically with LGBTQA+ youth and youth of color preferred. This is a full-time position (30 hours per week) Pay range is $18.62-$19.76.
