Position: Community Living Specialist 3 - Full Time Location: Holyoke, MA Rate of Pay: $18.50 per hour Hours: 30 hours per week Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm (flexible schedule as well as potential to increase to 37.5 hours) Summary: The Community Living Specialist provides direct outreach services to individuals with disabilities to enable them to achieve greater independence. Develops and maintains positive working relationships that assist consumers in achieving self-fulfillment through their life goals and desires.
