Nurse Supervisor-Personal Care attendant program (PCA) Full Time with Sign On Bonus

No Nights! No weekends! The RN Supervisor is responsible for the management of the medical screening, nursing oversight, and care planning of consumers in PCA program.
The position provides clinical and administrative guidance and coaching to program Nurses to promote best practices and ensures adherence to program standards and regulations. The RN Supervisor works as part of an interdisciplinary team to monitor quality assurance and to design quality improvement activities. The ideal candidate will possess proven competence in:

Effective staff management, supervision & team building
Computer proficiency
Quality assurance oversight and results driven
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Sound time management & problem solving abilities
Strong organizational skills & assessment skills

Previous supervisory experience and a current MA RN license is required. At least 2 years direct care experience with elders or individuals with disabilities preferably in a community setting, and with health education experience. A valid driver's license and insured, reliable transportation and willingness to travel in and out of the service area. Use of personal cell phone, data, and downloading of company provided app required. This is an exempt supervisory position. M-F availability between 9-5 is required.
