About the Position:
Position: Regional Vice President for Services Delivery
Location: Massachusetts
Rate of Pay: $85,000 annually
Hours: 40 hours per week (exempt)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm (some nights & weekends)
Summary of Duties: The Vice President for Service Delivery is responsible for the planning, quality, development, implementation, evaluation and effectiveness of services and strategies of assigned programs, maintaining full management responsibilities under the Chief Operating Officer. As a member of the Senior Management team, the Vice President ensures communication and consistency in operating in accordance with Viability’s mission, values, policies, and procedures. The Vice President implements the organization’s mission and values, using their expertise in mental health services to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Service, Education, or Public Administration field. Eight years of related experience is required, of which five must be in progressive community supports systems, and not less than three years at a management level. A comprehensive knowledge of the needs of individuals with psychiatric, developmental, and other disabilities with a strong commitment to integrated services in employment and housing services required.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, good driving record, use of vehicle with compulsory auto insurance and vehicle registration. Must be able to travel throughout the Northeast to access VIABILITY offices, businesses, and community organizations.
