The successful candidate will prepare high quality, competitive grant writing proposals, assist with the agency's strategic planning process, and participate in gathering and reporting data on agency program outcomes. Bachelor's degree and 3 years' grant writing experience required. Strategic planning and/or program planning experience in a human service setting a plus.
