PIZZA MAKER/PIZZA SHOP SALES ASSOCIATE Store Location: 1150 West Street, South Amherst, MA 01002 Department: Pizza Job Status: Part Time/Full Time Reports To: Pizza Department Manager, Upper management, Ownership Grade/Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred Work Schedule: 3 to 5 days per week, closing shifts Amount of Travel Required: Not applicable Positions Supervised: Not applicable Experience: Food service related experience preferred Certificates & Licenses: ServSafe Certification & Allergen Awareness Training Preferred SKILLS & ABILITIES Professionalism Communication Prioritizing Daily Tasks Strong Organizational Skills OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY Customer Service Assisting customers with questions or directing them to someone who can assist Sales Cleaning/Sanitation Answering telephones Teamwork & communication Refill & rotate case items Make pizza dough Make pizzas to order according to customer requests Properly & efficiently using scales Wash dishes Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment Replenish supply inventory Sweep & mop the floor Refill & rotate items as needed Operating pizza oven Following recipes Prepare meats and veggies Provide counter service KEY JOB DUTIES (not exhaustive) Maintain regular and prompt attendance at worksite Perform other duties as assigned Exemplary customer service Ability to multitask Restocking supplies and product
Requirements:
