Description: | Position: Community Living Specialist 3 Part-Time
Location: Holyoke, MA
Rate of Pay: $18.50 per hour
Hours: up to 25 hours per week
Schedule: hours worked will be during Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm; occasional nights and weekends, based on programmatic needs
Summary: The Community Living Specialist provides direct outreach services to individuals with disabilities to enable them to achieve greater independence. Develops and maintains positive working relationships that assist consumers in achieving self-fulfillment through their life goals and desires.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with five years related experience OR Master’s degree in human service field and three years related. One year supervisory or human service experience desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
