Work directly with and alongside adults with profound physical disabilities and developmental delays on social and communication skills, activities of daily living, and building esteem. Organize, coordinate, implement, and structure activity units to provide such opportunities for program members. Assist with personal care, participation in community activities, and wheelchair transference. Qualifications: High School/Hi-SET required with at least one year of human service experience, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field and one year developmentally disabled experience preferred.
