We’re looking for fee for service independently licensed clinicians who are eager to be part of a mutually supportive, progressive community mental health practice. We value each team member’s unique and powerful contributions to the work, and believe that taking care of others begins with taking care of ourselves—and each other.

As a clinician in one or more of our centers across western Massachusetts, you will:
• Work with individuals and families
• Provide high quality treatment designed around each person’s needs
• Have options to facilitate groups, serve on consultation teams, and explore other opportunities for advancement
• Design your schedule around the rest of your life

And you’ll be working with a population as diverse as the communities we serve, including individuals from our residential and outreach programs.

With a keen understanding of trauma-informed therapy, you are experienced in applying theory to practice. Specifically, you are familiar with cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and other evidence-based treatments. You also are comfortable finding your way around an electronic health record and using this information to help inform your practice.

While independent and in charge of your own schedule, as a clinician on our team you will have many opportunities to learn from and to share knowledge with your colleagues. And you can also earn free CEUs through the trainings we offer.

We pay a base rate of $38/hr. plus incentives for evenings, weekends, groups, and working with families and children. Interested? Please send your resume and cover letter, citing Job Search #325 in the subject line, to: jobs@servicenet.org.
