Description:
Position: Community Living Support Professional 1– Part Time
Location: Florence, MA
Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour
Hours: up to 25 hours per week
Schedule: Days, Evenings, and Overnight Shifts

Summary: The Community Living Support Professional 1 assists individuals with disabilities in daily living skills to achieve greater independence and self-fulfillment. The Community Support Professional 1 implements the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives.

Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or HiSET preferred. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to use computer systems and programs including the Electronic Health Record. Ability to be flexible about job schedules as they pertain to program participants needs.

Requirements: Demonstrated competencies specific to job position. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in core trainings such as First Aid, CPR, Health & Safety, and Human Rights. Must participate in mandatory trainings. Must be able to lift and transfer consumers with assistance as needed.
