Candidate will be trained to safely and efficiently operating a band saws that cut stacks of thin sheet metal into prescribed patterns. A mechanical background is a plus! Candidate will learn how to cut being sensitive to the limits of the saw blade and making cuts in the most logical order. Candidate must learn how to maintain the regular set up of the saw, including setting the guides and changing a saw blade. There is a wide variety of shapes that must be learned for this position.
