Forklift license required. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm Pay rate starts at $15.00 per hour with an additional $1.50 shift differential. Job Characteristics • Prepare, wrap and load pallets of finished goods for bulk shipments. • Select, package and process direct-to-consumer e-commerce shipments, including generating advanced shipping notices. • Weigh, select, label and prepare packages for smaller orders and back orders. • Tidy and reset work areas with new pallets and new boxes in preparation for next work day • Perform basic maintenance on machines used, including (but not limited to) forklift, SpeedyPacker and 3M AutoTaper Required Skills • Valid Power Industrial Truck License (1D) for forklift operation • Computer proficiency (especially web browsers and user portals) • Able to work quickly and meet firm deadlines • Excellent time management skills • Close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Written and verbal English communication skills • Collaborate effectively and work well in a team • Strict attention to safety procedures and guidelines including wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE) • Willingness to keep and maintain a clean and safe work environment • Punctual and able to adhere to attendance policy Required Education/Experience • High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Education/Experience • Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial facility • Valid Power Industrial Truck License (1D) for forklift operation Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
