We have a client in the Turners Falls, MA area who is looking for CNC Operators on day and night shift. In this role you will be working 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a rotating schedule. This position offers $15/hr and all employees hired on after the temporary period will become eligible for health and dental insurance, paid time off, 401k, profitability bonuses, discounted company merchandise, and safety shoe reimbursement. Your Duties/Responsibilities for the CNC Operator include, but are not limited to: Set up and operate various machines Use of calipers and tape measures Read and interpret prints Make adjustments as necessary Use of electric/manual lifts and pallet jacks Keep accurate and detailed paperwork Visual and dimensional inspections Troubleshoot problems/defects as needed Adhere to strict safety guidelines Maintain neat and clean work environment Your Skills/Requirements for the CNC Operator position: High School Diploma or GED Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to work as part of a team Excellent attendance record Must be able to be on your feet throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently throughout the shift Hoisting Engineer License a plus If you are dependable with a great work history and the experience to do the job, apply today!
