In this position, the Residential Supervisor oversees the quality of clinical and direct support services provided to individuals and ensures that they are engaged in goal development and accomplishment. They are also involved in hiring and training staff to provide direct support in BHN programs and homes. This position oversees the maintenance of the program and facility and manages relations with stakeholders in the program. Finally, they supervise the upkeep of the programs’ regulations, policies and procedures, budget, and contractual obligations. In this position, you will enhance the quality of the lives of the people BHN serves by ensuring their health and safety and helping them to enjoy their leisure time at home and in the community.
