Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Residential Coordinator at Behavioral Health Network! The Residential Coordinator provides direct and indirect services that promote the growth, independence, and safety of individuals served. Assisting and monitoring activities of daily living, Residential Coordinators ensure individuals’ quality of life and well-being through respect and dignity, assisting with all aspects of medication administration and treatment. Residential Coordinators help maintain, enhance, and foster social support networks and relationships as well as provide opportunities for community activities.

Additionally, Residential Coordinators provide supervision, support, and guidance to staff and completes administrative duties to ensure individuals’ well-being. Residential Coordinators complete and review progress notes, assessments, and other forms in a thorough and timely manner, address disciplinary issues as needed, and complete performance evaluations. They ensure that clinical and medication-related records are maintained according to MAP regulations and comply with BHN’s financial policy and procedures in maintaining and reconciling consumer and agency funds. Residential Coordinators provide crisis and emergency services as well as safe and timely transportation in their own vehicle as needed. They ensure the property is safe and well-maintained and report and safety and maintenance concerns. Finally, Residential Coordinators attend meetings and trainings provided by BHN and monitor up-to-date employee training completion.

Requirements:
Residential Coordinators at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

Commitment to individual empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integration (required).
Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs.
At least two years experience in human services (required).
Supervisory experience (preferred).
Associates Degree in a related field (required); BA/BS (preferred).
