Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Senior Family Partner in the Mobile Crisis Intervention program at Behavioral Health Network! Senior Family Partners support the master’s level clinicians in both community-based location and mobile intervention services for children, adolescents, and families. Additionally, Senior Family Partners aid in providing telephonic consumer support, as well as the processing of documents and bills for services in a manner that is compliant with all rules/regulations. Senior Family Partners provide support to families, act as a liaison between master’s level clinicians, and help children, adolescents, and families along the assessment and intervention process. Senior Family Partners provide effective and positive leadership and wraparound supervision to a multidisciplinary team of Masters, Bachelors, and other professional level staff. Senior Family Partners provide administrative supervision to Family Partners. Senior Family Partners also initiate trainings and represent BHN crisis on meetings or committees.

The Mobile Crisis Intervention program provides crisis intervention and stabilization services to children and adolescents throughout the Southern Pioneer Valley. The MCI program through BHN is the designated Emergency Service Provider for the Southern Pioneer Valley. Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. Requirements:
Senior Family Partners at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

Knowledge of delivery systems, organizational skills, and understanding crisis intervention.
Knowledge and application of the Recovery Oriented model, specific to those experiencing a mental health crisis.
Minimum of two years of experience working collaboratively with state agencies, consumer advocacy groups and/or behavioral services (required).
Must be an adult who is the parent/caregiver of a child/adolescent who is a consumer of behavioral health services.
Minimum of one year of supervisory/leadership experience (required).
Must have a valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
