Salary Range: Location: Per Year TURNERS FALLS MA Job Type: Category: Full Time Manufacturing/Production Education Level: Work Experience: High School or Equivalent Preference: Required Up to One Year Preference: Nice to have Skills/Certifications/Licences: Description: Job Characteristics • Simultaneously operate both a small and large Goff machine, used for different tools and procedures • Measure and identify tools per shop pack for the needed procedure • Load tools into the machine, using mechanical lifts for larger jobs • Move finished product back into bins and prepare to move to next processing department • Operate dip tank in between Goff shot blast jobs which is used to clean and cool completed product • Perform basic maintenance for machines, including monitoring oil mixture levels for the dip tank and refilling shot for the Goff machine Requirements: • Complete work at a steady pace to maximize machine uptime • Multitask to complete simultaneous jobs • Close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Written and verbal English communication skills • Able to work with a team to accomplish company goals • Strict attention and adherence to safety guidelines including wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE) • Willingness to keep and maintain a clean and safe work environment • Adherence to attendance policy
