This position will join an existing team of networking, virtualization and security engineers focused on providing support of clients throughout the New England area. Requirements: · Troubleshoot Windows/Server OS based issues · Understanding of various Hypervisor technologies · Provide level I/II support to all clients · Build / Maintain technical documentation · Industry-related experience as a Support Engineer (5+ years) · Solid background in network administration and architecture · Familiarity with Microsoft Solutions Active Directory Exchange / MSO365 · Experience with Virtualization Platforms VMware vSphere / vCenter Hyper-V Nutanix – AHV · Experience with Infrastructure components Switching / Routing Servers / Storage Firewalls Backup Software / Appliances · Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis · Sharp troubleshooting skills / on-call rotation · Ability to work within a dynamic team environment · Organizational skills · Excellent Customer Service skills · Some travel within New England / Trainings & Conferences
