Pathlight is a nonprofit residential organization, looking for compassionate, caring and reliable staff to perform a variety of direct care responsibilities to support individuals with complex medical & developmental disabilities.
We currently have shifts available with several immediate openings at our highly medical Hadley location that has on-site Nursing staff 24/7. Full time, Part time and Per Diem positions available.

Requirements: | Essential Job Functions:
Attend appointments and community outings - at no expense to you!
Provide care which may include feeding, dressing, bathing, restroom assistance, support with walking, and lifting.
Administer medications and utilize assistive medical devices.
Implement the ISP/goals of individuals.
Remain fully available to individuals served.
Complete related records, as assigned and applicable.
Provide First Aid/CPR and seek emergency medical care if necessary.
Apply organization policies and procedures.
Participate in housekeeping, laundering and general maintenance.
Job Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Reliable Transportation
Acceptable Driving Record & CORI
Provide two professional references |
