(HCHC) seeks a Chief Operating Officer for a mission-driven non-profit devoted to providing medical, dental, behavioral health, eye care services, and community programs to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. The COO is a key member of the HCHC executive team, responsible for the implementation of day-to-day operations and policies. The COO will help to ensure that the organization’s strategic goals and operating plans are achieved while also ensuring that the site-specific objectives for financial effectiveness are met. The COO will manage all clinical departments ensuring services are provided in support of the organization’s strategic plan and mission. Experience in a health care setting that includes reporting, data management, and the implementation of quality measures required. Experience in progressive management, knowledge of policy writing and current with basic information technology to include reporting and data management is required. Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and project management in a clinical setting is highly desired.
