Report maintenance issues and timelines for completion to Supervisor of Maintenance. To immediately respond to maintenance as feasible Requirements: Three years of experience in general maintenance or remodeling. Must be skilled in carpentry, painting, and routine repairs. Valid Drivers License and insured vehicle.
