Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Nursing Supervisor at Carlson Recovery Center at Behavioral Health Network! Supporting the ongoing development of staff, the Nursing Supervisor will oversee, coach and mentor the nursing staff and the recovery specialists. The Nursing Supervisor will work with the Nurse Manager provide high quality care in an acute care setting. It will be the nursing supervisor’s responsibility to ensure the provision of quality care that incorporates the clinical understanding of addiction, dual diagnosis, and related health care issues. The Carlson Recovery Center is a 32 bed Acute Treatment Services program that serves those 18 years of age and older who are suffering from drug and alcohol addiction within the first 5-7 days of their recovery. Requirements: Nursing Supervisors at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities: Current R.N. license by Massachusetts Board of Registration (required). Two years of supervisory experience (required). Experience working in addiction programs or with high risk populations.
