Do you strive to maintain organization and order in the office setting? Then come join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator in the Center for Traumatic Brain Injury Services program at Behavioral Health Network!

The Front Desk Coordinator develops and maintains a client database, emergency contact file, and filing system for individual consumer records to enable program staff to retrieve information quickly and efficiently. The coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating all intake forms and documentation for potential clients, while also performing various receptionist duties. Additionally, the Front Desk Coordinator maintains petty cash and other intra-office funds.

The Center for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Services in Springfield, MA provides day treatment and community re-integration and case management services for adults over age 22 who have sustained a traumatic brain injury. Staff specialize in helping those affected understand the impact of brain injuries and develop skills for day-to-day living, explore education and job opportunities, and access community resources.

Requirements:
Front Desk Coordinators at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

Experience with Microsoft Office computer software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with Internet, word processing and email systems.
Professional demeanor and phone skills in communicating with clients.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
1 year of experience working in an office environment (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
