Description:
IMMEDIATE OPENING: The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is looking for a dynamic, licensed Math Teacher to join our 2019 - 2020 school year program at HEC Academy in Northampton, MA, which serves students with learning disabilities and social/emotional/behavioral challenges. This teacher will design and implement math content and curriculum in alignment with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks, and will support paraprofessionals in the implementation of daily lessons. This individual will also provide individualized and small-group instruction, while creating and reinforcing a culture of academic achievement and social-emotional support. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching all students, and a commitment to inspiring critical thinking. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, as well as a secondary level Massachusetts teacher license in Math. We empower our educators, and we invest in training to help them grow as professionals.
