Description: | Skills Trainer- Full Time
An exciting full time opportunity to join LifePath as a Skills Trainer in the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) program.
The Skills Trainer provides instruction, resources, and support in order to maximize the consumer's ability to self-direct care and manage their own PCA services in the community. This position supports consumers in Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Worcester counties and all of the communities we serve.

A passion for assisting people and at least one year’s experience supporting people with disabilities or those with significant life challenges is required. Successful candidate will have reliable transportation and ability to frequently travel throughout assigned areas.
