Some houses have medically intense needs and requirements. Other houses have individuals who are higher functioning and have minor challenging behaviors. Will supervise around five Program Manager's and the client caseload of around 26 individuals. Individuals on caseload are both male and female over the age of 22. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for the leadership, direction, management, development, quality and growth of Residential Supports programs. Manage budgets, assist in negotiating contracts, develop and maintain liaisons and oversee the supervision and operation of all components of the program in accordance with the Divisional, agency, and external governing agency policies and goals and applicable regulations, standards and practices. Ensure the attainment of individual and programmatic goals, working in collaboration with others to provide opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to fully participate in their communities as valued members; and supports provided are implemented in accordance with Pathlight policies, external regulations and in response to individually stated preferences and goals.
