Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Recruiter focusing primarily on our Integration program at Behavioral Health Network! The Recruiter works very closely with the Integration program to ensure that the rapidly-growing program is able to recruit and hire the staff needed to support individuals with behavioral health, substance use, and medical issues improve their overall health and functioning in the community. The Recruiter would be part of the Human Resources Department but with support from the Integration Senior Program Manager and other designated management, the Recruiter helps oversee the recruitment, hiring, and on-boarding of staff and interns in the Integration program and ensures this process is working smoothly. The Recruiter collaborates with Human Resources Manager and Program Supervisor and completes special projects as needed for the department. As an integral part of the BHN team, the Recruiter will receive the leadership and guidance they need to be successful in this position. Requirements: The Recruiter at Behavioral Health Network has the following qualities: •At least one year of experience in human resources or related field (required). •At least one year of direct recruiting experience. •Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. •Excellent interpersonal skills. •Excellent communication skills. •Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point. •Proficient use of the Internet for job related research. •Ability to be trained and develop proficiency in other software applications. •Ability to multitask and manage multiple agendas at one time. •Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
