Description:
UMassFive has two full-time positions (37.50 hours/week) available in our Contact Center: Contact Center Representative and Contact Center Member Service Specialist.

The Contact Center Representative will provide a quality response and superior service to the electronic and telephonic requests of members. This includes a wide variety of member services including the processing of transactions, new accounts and services, loan and mortgage requests, handling disputes and conducting research.

The Contact Center Member Service Specialist will perform a variety of member service duties, including: establishing memberships, opening accounts, interviewing members for consumer and equity loans, disbursing loans, identifying members' needs and providing services and products in their best interest.
Requirements:
At least two years of customer service banking experience, including opening accounts, cross-selling products and services, knowledge of debits and credits and basic bookkeeping; and excellent computer skills, including: web, Word, Excel, and experience using mobile devices and tablets.
